We are grateful for their contribution and recommend their services to our AIDS Walk teams who would like to have catered breakfast and/or lunch on the day of the AIDS Walk, Sunday, July 20,
2008.
If you will be getting breakfast or lunch catered for your team, you must advise your Team Coordinator at the AIDS Walk office (415) 615-9255 that you are doing so. The
caterer must reserve a Drive-On Pass from the AIDS Walk office to gain access to the venue. The deadline to reserve a Drive-On Pass is Friday, July 11 at 5:00
p.m.

Order ice for your team on the day of the AIDS Walk and it will be delivered right to your Team Meeting Station! Please place your order for ice now by contacting Brian Wisecarver at (415) 671-1055 or sficecompany@earthlink.net.
Specify if you would like the ice for delivered for breakfast (6:45 - 7:30 a.m.) or lunch (11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m.) and it will be delivered right to your Team Meeting Station. Please
give Brian your team name when you call. Cost is $4 for a 20lb bag (a 20 Lb bag is about the size of a pillow).
