Enhanced Fundraising
As a registered member of the Star Walkers Club, Star Walkers will have access to their own fundraising advisor, the Star Walker Coordinator. The Star
Walkers Club Coordinator is available to provide you with materials, information, speakers and assistance to help you reach, and surpass, your goal. In addition, Star Walkers will be invited to
a special reception honoring their unique contribution to AIDS Walk New York.
Exclusive Star Walkers Club Fundraising Kit
Registered member of the Star Walkers Club receive their very own Fundraising Kit with additional materials to help facilitate
reaching a goal of $1,000. Included in the Star Walker Fundraising Kit are:
*AIDS Walk New York sponsorship forms to collect more sponsor money.
*Star Walkers Club note cards to thank high contributing sponsors.
*AIDS Walk New York pre-addressed business reply envelopes to mail in sponsorship money to the AIDS Walk office. In order to accurately credit you, be sure to include your return address and contact information on the outside of the envelope.
Early Sign-In
When: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, May 14, 15, & 16 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Where: 119 West 24th St. between 6th and 7th Aves.
The week before the AIDS Walk, Star Walkers will be able to turn in pledges and receive awards before to the day of the AIDS Walk. This means no waiting in line on the day of the AIDS Walk and
you'll have your crown and t-shirt to wear at the event.
Special Thank You Awards
Upon reaching the goal of raising $1,000 or more, Star Walkers Club members will receive a:
*Star Walkers Club VIP Star Pass granting access to the exclusive Star Walker Hospitality Tent & Breakfast at the AIDS Walk.
*Limited edition Star Walkers Club Incentive Award.
