at GMHC, 119 W. 24th St. 2nd floor, between 6th and 7th Ave.
Avoid the lines at AIDS Walk New York by coming to Early Sign-In to turn in donations and collect special fundraising incentive awards that you can wear proudly at the AIDS Walk.
Deadline to Qualify for Incentive Awards
Friday, June 13, 5 p.m.
Turn in all of your outstanding pledges and Matching Gift Forms to collect your fundraising awards.
Fundraising Workshops
All walkers should take advantage of these workshops geared toward fundraising, utilizing the website, and taking advantage of matching gift programs. Refreshments will be served! We will cover the same material at each workshop - we provide three opportunities for you to attend!

Learn helpful recruitment and fundraising tips from AIDS Walk Fundraising Specialists and veteran Team Leaders! We will teach you how to set up your Team Fundraising Web page, plan a team fundraising party, and more! The same material will be covered at each Team Leader Workshop – we provide five opportunities for you to attend!

Team Deadlines
Deadline for a Team Meeting Station
Wednesday, May 7, 12 noon
If you have 25 or more registered Team Members by today you qualify to have a Team Meeting Station.
Drive-On Permit Reservation Deadline
Friday, May 9, 5 p.m.
If you have qualified for a Team Meeting Station, you have until May 9 to request a permit that will allow you to have your breakfast goods, decorations for your table, and/or team T-shirts
transported to your Meeting Station with the assistance of an official AIDS Walk Staff Member.
