Workshops
Come to GMHC’s NEW location to meet the friendly AIDS Walk staff and learn everything you need to know to reach your AIDS Walk New York goals. All workshops will be held at GMHC at 446 West 33rd St New York, NY 10001, 6th Floor. Please bring your photo I.D. to present to building security.

The big day is only a few days away. Have you qualified for your Team Meeting Station? Did you order your team T-shirts? Are you bringing breakfast for your team? What is a "Drive-On Pass"? Let us answer all these questions and more.
Deadlines and Dates to Remember
Qualify for a Team Meeting Station: Wednesday, May 8, 12 p.m.
If you have 25 or more registered Team Members by Wednesday, May 9, you qualify for a designated place in Central Park for you and your Team Members to meet before the Walk.
Drive-On Pass Reservation Deadline: Friday, May 10, 5 p.m.
If you have qualified for a Team Meeting Station, you have until May 11 at 5 p.m. to request a permit that will allow you to drop off breakfast goods, decorations for your table, and/or team T-shirts, and have them transported from your car to your Team Meeting Station with the assistance of an AIDS Walk staff member.
Early Sign-In: May 15, 16, and 17 - 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Avoid the lines at AIDS Walk New York by coming to Early Sign-In to turn in donations and collect Fundraising Incentive Awards that you can wear proudly at the AIDS Walk.

Central Park - Enter at 59th Street and 5th Avenue
Sign-In: 8:30 a.m.
Opening Ceremony: 9:15 a.m.
Walk Begins: 10 a.m.
Qualify for Incentive Awards: Friday, June 14, 5 p.m.
Turn in all of your remaining pledges and Matching Gift Forms by the fundraising deadline of June 14 to qualify for fundraising awards.
